I Would like to thank all the team at Mid Glamorgan Fork Truck Training Services for a wonderful experience this week. I can honestly say that being a complete novice, at the start of the course I was quite nervous, but the instructors really put me at ease from the start. The company were very understanding, I have now completed a basic operator on a counterbalance course and can't wait to carryout my Reach Truck conversion course. The instructor John Riches was brilliant all week. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing a fork truck course to get it booked.

I would like to Thank Mid Glamorgan Fork Truck Training for a brilliant week in learning to drive a counterbalance forklift , during my time on the course not only did we have to learn the correct and safe operating procedures, but all the safety precautions also the Lateral and Longitudinal stability of the truck and the awareness of the possibility of damaging the truck, the goods, and also the possibility of pedestrians walking near or around the truck. The instructor was excellent, he put us at ease from the very start he was also very patient with us and explained in detail the safe practical procedures of the use of hydraulics etc.

I honestly think that's what helped us pass the course.

The course covered ALL aspects of operating the fork lift safely and in a professional way, the company has a team of really professional friendly instructors. I will certainly be returning to this company to carry out my refresher training and any other lift truck training I may require in the future.

The day I started my training I was very nervous but after a little while I was put at ease by the instructor. He was very professional and patient - by the time I did my test I was quite confident. It was a pleasure to turn up for the whole of the training duration. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.

I did all 4 of my fork lift truck courses with this company, and I really can't emphasise enough how professional they were whilst the training was being carried out.  They were so easy to get on with that I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone that requires any Fork Truck or Access Platform training.​

I think the training course carried out in the training centre had ample different types of loaded pallets for manoeuvring and stacking. I think the training course was excellent with friendly instructors and clear instruction.
